Subject: [PATCH 095/354] completion: Use simple wait queues
Origin: https://git.kernel.org/cgit/linux/kernel/git/rt/linux-stable-rt.git/commit?id=c9b4932b83923af134e46dbd6f0734587fea051c
Completions have no long lasting callbacks and therefor do not need
the complex waitqueue variant. Use simple waitqueues which reduces the
contention on the waitqueue lock.
