Subject: [PATCH 246/347] drivers/block/zram: Replace bit spinlocks with
rtmutex for -rt

They're nondeterministic, and lead to ___might_sleep() splats in -rt.
OTOH, they're a lot less wasteful than an rtmutex per page.
