+ <li>If <em>VI Keys</em> are enabled from the options menu or
+ from the <code>.lynxrc</code> file, lowercase h,j,k,l will move
+ left, down, up, and right, respectively.</li>

+ from the <code>.lynxrc</code> file, Ctrl-B, Ctrl-N, Ctrl-P,
