The files under doc/source/_themes/sphinx_rtd_theme/static/js/
do not comply with the DFSG, because they were not included as
preferred form of modification, instead they were minified.
Therefore the whole doc/source/_themes directory was removed,
which only contained the sphinx_rtd_theme directory.
