You can use the AutoFormat feature to quickly apply a format to a sheet or a selected cell range.To Apply an AutoFormat to a Sheet or Selected Cell RangeSelect the cells, including the column and row headers, that you want to format.Choose Format - AutoFormat Styles.Select which properties to include in an AutoFormat.Click OK.The format is applied to the selected range of cells.If you do not see any change in color of the cell contents, choose View - Value Highlighting.To Define an AutoFormat for Spreadsheets or RangesYou can define a new AutoFormat that is available to all spreadsheets and ranges.Format a sheet or range.Choose Edit - Select All or select the formatted range.Choose Format - AutoFormat Styles.Click Add.In the Name box of the Add AutoFormat dialog, enter a name for the format.Click OK.Format - AutoFormat Styles
