From 5bb123ebb8e508baa987e9bc17029e2eaa64575b Mon Sep 17 00:00:00 2001 From: John Ogness Date: Fri, 18 Dec 2020 11:40:08 +0000 Subject: [PATCH 090/323] printk: introduce a kmsg_dump iterator Origin: https://www.kernel.org/pub/linux/kernel/projects/rt/5.10/older/patches-5.10.204-rt100.tar.xz Rather than store the iterator information into the registered kmsg_dump structure, create a separate iterator structure. The kmsg_dump_iter structure can reside on the stack of the caller, thus allowing lockless use of the kmsg_dump functions. This is in preparation for removal of @logbuf_lock.
