Choose Table - AutoFormat Styles.

Choose Table - Table Styles.

Open the Styles panel (F11), choose Table styles, double click a style.

Choose Format - AutoFormat Styles.

Choose Layout - Table Styles.

Choose Format - Rows - Height.

Choose Table - Number Format (for tables). Choose Insert - Field - More Fields - Variables tab and select Additional formats in the Format list (for variables).
