Adds or removes numbering from the selected paragraphs.

Choose Format - Lists - Ordered List.

Choose Lists - Ordered List.

Choose Home - Ordered List.

On the Paragraph deck of the Properties panel, click on Ordered List.

To define the numbering format, choose Format - Bullets and Numbering.
