A parser for the standard
<a class="ulink" href="http://www.w3.org/TR/rdf-syntax-grammar/" target="_top">RDF/XML syntax</a>
as revised by the
<a class="ulink" href="http://www.w3.org/2001/sw/RDFCore/" target="_top">W3C RDF Core working group</a>.</p>
<p>This is the default parser in Raptor.</p>
