exch - atomically exchanges paths between two files

== SYNOPSIS

*exch* _oldpath_ _newpath_

== DESCRIPTION

*exch* atomically exchanges oldpath and newpath.
*exch* is a simple command wrapping *RENAME_EXCHANGE* of *renameat2*
system call.
