Subject: [PATCH 08/62] u64_stat: Remove the obsolete fetch_irq() variants.
Origin: https://www.kernel.org/pub/linux/kernel/projects/rt/6.1/older/patches-6.1.69-rt21.tar.xz

Now that the 32bit UP oddity is gone and 32bit uses always a sequence
count, there is no need for the fetch_irq() variants anymore.

Delete the obsolete interfaces.
