Explain how to make the info update faster (see Preferences dialog).
Explain that faster updates mean that the System Monitor will use more
CPU.
To change the information refresh speed:
Click
System MonitorPreferences.
Click the desired tab (Processes, Resources
or File Systems).
Enter a value for Update interval in seconds.
Setting the Update interval to a
lower value will cause System Monitor itself to use more of the
CPU.
