All files (except for the dummy maillock.h) were copied from liblockfile 1.17.

Just the max sleep time was adjusted in lockfile.c / lockfile_create_save_tmplock:

+			if (sleeptime > 60) sleeptime = 60;
-			if (sleeptime > 5) sleeptime = 5;
