However, we still need to provide a standard timestamp string for gen_initramfs_list.sh to make the kernel image reproducible. Make mkcompile_h use $KBUILD_BUILD_VERSION_TIMESTAMP in preference to $KBUILD_BUILD_TIMESTAMP.
