Changes in version 1.1:

All 'File_*' identifiers have been renamed to 'Lzip_*'.

Lzd now should compile on DOS with DJGPP.

The configure script now accepts appending options to CXXFLAGS using the
syntax 'CXXFLAGS+=OPTIONS'.
