Subject: [PATCH 031/353] timekeeping: Split jiffies seqlock
Origin: https://git.kernel.org/cgit/linux/kernel/git/rt/linux-stable-rt.git/commit?id=ceacbb2bbf0eee08d70691be812182f653e90015

Replace jiffies_lock seqlock with a simple seqcounter and a rawlock so
it can be taken in atomic context on RT.
