Subject: [PATCH 043/351] rcu: Disable RCU_FAST_NO_HZ on RT
Origin: https://git.kernel.org/cgit/linux/kernel/git/rt/linux-stable-rt.git/commit?id=8079abf731bf56879717176964b971cbdf3f1007
This uses a timer_list timer from the irq disabled guts of the idle
code. Disable it for now to prevent wreckage.
