Subject: [PATCH 043/353] rcu: Disable RCU_FAST_NO_HZ on RT
Origin: https://git.kernel.org/cgit/linux/kernel/git/rt/linux-stable-rt.git/commit?id=807f7c93f7edb3fcca92051a329ae6c108de6b36

This uses a timer_list timer from the irq disabled guts of the idle
code. Disable it for now to prevent wreckage.
