Subject: [PATCH 344/347] net: Add missing xmit_lock_owner hunks.
Origin: https://www.kernel.org/pub/linux/kernel/projects/rt/4.19/older/patches-4.19.246-rt110.tar.xz

The patch
net: move xmit_recursion to per-task variable on -RT

lost a few hunks during its rebase.

Add the `xmit_lock_owner' accessor/wrapper.

Reported-by: Salvatore Bonaccorso <carnil@debian.org>
