<code class="function">SPI_repalloc</code> changes the size of a memory
segment previously allocated using <code class="function">SPI_palloc</code>.
</p><p>
This function is no longer different from plain
<code class="function">repalloc</code>. It's kept just for backward
compatibility of existing code.
