util-linux (2.35.1-3) unstable; urgency=medium
The util-linux implementation of /usr/bin/eject is now used, replacing
the one previously supplied by src:eject. This version should be
completely compatible with the previous one.
The binaries /usr/bin/volname and /usr/lib/eject/dmcrypt-get-device
have been removed. If you have scripts using volname, an alternative
is: blkid -s LABEL -o value $filename.
Example, if you were using volname:
$ volname debian-10.3.0-amd64-netinst.iso
Debian 10.3.0 amd64 n
The same can be achieved with blkid:
$ /usr/sbin/blkid -c /dev/null -s LABEL -o value \
debian-10.3.0-amd64-netinst.iso
Debian 10.3.0 amd64 n
For dmcrypt-get-device there is no drop-in replacement.
