Subject: Clarify text in rnp(1)

This avoids a lintian warning:

I: rnp: typo-in-manual-page "allows to" "allows one to" [usr/share/man/man1/rnp.1.gz:595]

While I was editing the manpage, I took the liberty of cleaning up the
language further, too.
