<paragraph role="paragraph" id="par_id3150049" xml-lang="en-US">You can apply a special effect that plays when you display a slide.</paragraph>
<h3 id="hd_id3153811">To apply a transition effect to a slide</h3>

<paragraph role="paragraph" id="par_id3145086" xml-lang="en-US">In <emph>Normal</emph> view, select the slide that you want to add the transition effect to.</paragraph>

<paragraph role="paragraph" id="par_id3149022" xml-lang="en-US">You can preview the transition effect in the document window.</paragraph>
<paragraph role="note" id="par_id3148826234">On Slide Pane an <image id="img_id3151172234" src="sd/res/fade_effect_indicator.png" width="0.222inch" height="0.222inch"/> icon appears next to the preview of those slides, which have slide transition. When you present the slide show with the Presenter Console, <image id="img_id3151172235" src="sd/res/presenterscreen-Transition.png" width="0.222inch" height="0.222inch"/> icon indicates that the next slide has slide transition.</paragraph>
<h3 id="hd_id3147562">To apply the same transition effect to more than one slide</h3>

<paragraph role="paragraph" id="par_id3148826" xml-lang="en-US">If you want, you can use the <emph>Zoom</emph> toolbar

<h3 id="hd_id3149341">To remove a transition effect</h3>
